    Registration is free and offers additional benefits:

  • THE GENERA WASHING TOILET WARRANTY IS EXTENDED BY AN ADDITIONAL 12 MONTHS.

  • The standard warranty for a GENERA washing toilet is 24 months, and for a registered washing toilet it is 36 months!

  • The basis for registration of the GENERA washing toilet is the proof of purchase, receipt or invoice. The registration form requires sending a photo of one of the aforementioned proofs of purchase in electronic form (an attachment to the form after clicking the "browse attachments" button).
  • Filling the fields marked with (*) in the form and sending the relevant attachments is a condition for the correct completion of the form and registration of the GENERA washing toilet.
  • When registering a GENERA washing toilet, you provide your contact details and consent to the processing of data for marketing purposes.

  • All warranty repairs are carried out in accordance with the warranty card of the GENERA washing toilet.
